Shawl collar
Padded shoulders
Fit darts from the shoulder release at the bust
Seamed at the waist
3/4 to 7/8 length Flared sleeves (see measurements below)
Bound button hole with a large (2”) lucite button with a golden face at it’s center.

The self belt features a wonderful lucite Chain look belt at center front and fastens with a snap
The gently flared 6-gore skirt is unlined
Fitted with princess seams.
***I am guessing this had been modified for a taller person as the waistband and upper yoke are fabricated in a contrasting green toned grey wool twill.
It fastens with a hook and eye at the waist and a metal toothed Talon zipper at the hip.
***A facing had been added at the hem to extend the length to it maximum and is finished with finished with a blind hem and rayon hem tape.
Maker: Unknown. No labels. If home sewn, It was well made.
Condition: Very good. Please note the modifications to the skirt listed in the description and photos. If you turn the belt over you can see that the face was likely reglued at some point. This does not show when worn. There are portions on the faces on the button and belt where the gold has rubbed away. I made a small (1/4”) repair to a moth nibble on the front shoulder by the outside dart. Ther are two tiny nibbles to the upper sleeve (1-2mm) See photos. Freshly dry cleaned, arrives clean and ready to wear.
