Fabricated in a textured plisse black Rayon Crepe Jacquard
Mandarin collar
Fastens down center front with silk braided frogs and a small hook and eye at the waist seam
Flared raglan sleeves with a dart at the top of the shoulder and elbows
The flared skirt features a center front panel with tiny decorative tucks and box pleats open up at the high hip.
Fastens with snaps on the waistband and a metal toothed Talon zipper at the side seam
Small fit darts in the back
Likely not the original hem, it has been clean finished with a 2.5" facing.
