Ruching along shoulder seams and sleeve caps
Shoulder cap pads hold the sleeve cap shape
Released pleats below bust
10 panel skirt with a tuck in the center of each panel
1.5” blind hem

Condition: Good/Very Good. A few scattered repairs that do not detract. Light discoloration at the armhole and neck. Small portion of blind hem was redone in a clear thread. Self belt is missing facing. See photos. Freshly hand soaked, arrives clean and ready to wear.
