Medium padded shoulders (think early 80s, not late)
Full length flanged raglan sleeves with button down self tab at the wrist
Fitted with princess seams in the front and back
Besom hip pockets
Decorative seams in back ceeate a button down tab at the waist
Inverted box pleat at center back “skirt”
