2” blind hem
2 3/4” wide original belt included

Condition: Very good/ excellent. The dress is excellent. Likely never worn as it still has the shop tag attached. The back of the belt was “crumbling” so I covered it in a clear vinyl to extend its life. The back of the buckle is also showing wear, but I was unable to fix that. Still very wearable for now and not visible when worn. See photos. I dd not clean this but there are no stains or odors.
