Fabricated in the studio of Cathy Smith from the usable remnants of a damged Depression Era cotton Quilt (quilt by Helen Cooper in Clarksville, VA)
Original Cathy Smith hangtag with the vest and the original quilt maker’s info is still attached.
Fully lined in a cotton ditsy and is reversible.

Maker: Cathy Smith of Severna Park, MD, a quilt Historian and collector who designed and produced one of a kind quilted vests by using the salvageable portions of damaged antique quilts found in CT, PA, MO, and MD.
Condition: Very good. As this was made from a salvaged quilt there are a few light discolations which should be consdidered a part of this piece’s history. No major stains and no holes. See photos. Freshly hand soaked and line dried.
