3 tiered skirt with a small decorative ruffle at the top of each.
1/4” baby hem
No fasteners, allow for ease to pull over the head

Condition: Very Good/Excellent. I’ve replaced the elastic in the neck, waist and sleeves. See photos. Freshly hand soaked and line dried, arrives clean and ready to wear.
