V-neck with shirring at center front with a rhinestone covered tab covering the gathers
Dropped waist seam
Flared skirt with knife pleats in the front and a 2 panel back
Fastens down side seam with a Waldes brand cover zip
1/4” single needle hem
Pinked seams
Comes with matching self belt

Condition: Very good. Missing shoulder pads. 1 rhinestone missing just above the waist seam. Two pinholes next to the center front rhinestone tab and one small light mark just below. See photos. Freshly dry cleaned, arrives clean and ready to wear.
