Early 1960s Kittngora Printed Cardigan
Fabricated in a warm and cozy 80/20 Lambswool/Angora blend
Screen-printed in a green and grey floral heart pattern on a cream colored ground
Fully fashioned
Trimmed in a brown grey along the neck and front edges
Fastens with pearlized plastic buttons down center front. (Buttons reinforced with a grosgrain ribbon inside)
Full length sleeves
12/21/1961 ad from The Virginian Pilot
Maker: Kitt’n-gora by Premier (WPL-11501)
Condition: Good/Very good. There is some color bleed along the front opening from either the trim or the ribbon. I tried soaking it out with synthropol but it didn’t budge. Still presents beautifully, just not for someone looking for Excellent condition. See photos. Freshly hank soaked and line dried, arrives clean and ready to wear.
