3 tiers of chiffon layers at the front and back bodice with scalloped edges
Rosettes embellish the center front, back and at the center of each shoulder
Bodice is gently fitted to hip
Two tiers of chiffon flutter from the low hip
Handkerchief hem with scalloped edges
Fastens down center front with a YKK coil zipper
