1950s Lady Edso White Satin Nightgown, Medium
Likely dates to the mid 50s. (see attached ad of a very similar gown from The Miami Herald 23 Nov. 1954)
Fabricated in a white rayon acetate satin
Sheer Lace bodice
Permanently pleated nylon shoulder straps drape over the bust and finish into the top waist seam.
Satin ribbon centered in the net ruffle along the neckline.
Tiny pink rosette/flower at the center front neckline
Skirt gently gathered into the bottom waist seam at center front
Bias seams along the sweep add flare.
1/8” double needle hem
Pinked seams.
