1940s Black Suede Peep Toe Heels
Constructed in black suede
Leather soles
Slingback pumps with antique brass colored roller buckle on strap
Metallic gold foil piping edging on center embellishment.
Heel cap appears to have been changed somewhat recently.
Maker: unknown
Condition: Good/ Very Good Freshly cleaned and brushed with a suede cleaner and brush. There is some surface spots and a few scuffs to the suede’s surface the largest on the wearer’s left center back heel. Scuffing to the back edge of the footbed. Wear to the faille lining at the ball on the wearer’s right. Foam padding was added to the inside of the back strap. (See photos)
Measurements: Whenever possible the best way to insure a good fit is by comparing the measurements to that of a similar shoe in your own closet.
I believe these are a modern 8 to 8.5, but please use measurements below.
Insole Length: 10” L Heel to Toe
Width: 3 3/8”
Heel Height: 3.5”
